Principal's Greeting

Our Lady of Hope Catholic School extends a heartfelt welcome to all staff, students, and families of newcomers to our school community, as well as those coming to us from both St. Mary School and Sacred Heart School. We are delighted to have you join the Our Lady of Hope Catholic School family and thank you for choosing us for your child’s education.

Our talented staff, drawn from all the Holy Trinity elementary schools in Moose Jaw, is excited to come together and unite at Our Lady of Hope. We are thrilled about this incredible opportunity to launch a new school and look forward to fostering a vibrant and supportive learning environment for everyone to experience.

At Our Lady of Hope, we are dedicated to providing a safe and positive learning atmosphere that brings out the best in every child. As a faith-filled community, we aim to nurture our students' intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual growth, integrating our faith into all aspects of learning.

Our committed staff, along with our School Community Council (SCC), will work closely with our local parish of Church of Our Lady, to create an optimal learning environment for our students. Our team consists of exceptional individuals who are eager to work with an outstanding group of students each day.

We invite you to get involved and actively participate in your child's education and to consider our school an extension of your home. At Our Lady of Hope, parent and community involvement is a cornerstone of our school culture. As a new school, we will work to build an identity that boasts a close-knit, family-like atmosphere, where everyone feels valued.

Parent and community involvement are essential to building our school culture and cannot be overstated. To help meet the needs of our students, we have a dedicated SCC that has made significant efforts to bring two schools together and support the welfare of everyone during this dramatic transition to a new school. They have been instrumental in driving school improvements and coordinating initiatives aligned with our yearly School Learning Improvement Plans. Together, we strive to create a safe and caring environment that is optimal for learning. The SCC's efforts are a perfect example of what makes this school such a special place. I encourage you to consider joining our SCC. It's a wonderful way to learn more about your child’s school and their educational journey.

I feel incredibly honored and blessed to serve as the very first principal of Our Lady of Hope Catholic School. Thank you for considering Our Lady of Hope for your child’s academic and faith journey. We look forward to working together with you to nurture the leaders of tomorrow.

Sincerely,
Justin Clewis
